Charlie earned Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Music Education, and enjoyed a long and distinguished career as a teacher, conductor, and administrator. He has held state, regional and national leadership positions in several professional and civic associations. A member of CoachVille since 2003, Charlie is also a Charter Member of the International Association of Coaching, and a graduate of the CoachVille Graduate School of Coaching.
